DIRECTIONS TO: MAIN HOUSE --19 SUTTON WAY  Edgartown

FROM VINEYARD HAVEN FERRY:

Take LEFT off ferry. At the first intersection take RIGHT. Then, going up hill, bear LEFT and then take third LEFT onto Edgartown Rd. Follow this road into Edgartown. When you get to Edgartown, you’ll go past the Stop & Shop on your left, then bear RIGHT at fork in road and follow the signs to Katama. Then go through the first intersection (Four Way Stop) and take a RIGHT at second intersection. This is Pease Point Way. You will then go through two (Four Way Stop) signs. When you get to the fork in the road, take RIGHT onto Herring Creek Rd. You’ll go past a dry dock Marina on the right. Then, take a RIGHT onto Meetinghouse Way, then RIGHT into the Church Parking lot (Faith community Church), this is Sutton Way. * Turn into driveway at #19 and the house (#19) is the 1st in driveway on the LEFT.

DIRECTIONS TO   GUEST HOUSE -- 19A SUTTON WAY Edgartown

 Follow directions above to * then turn into driveway at #19 and the house (#19A) is the second in the driveway.

 FROM VINEYARD HAVEN FERRY:

Take LEFT off ferry. At the first intersection take RIGHT. Then, going up hill, bear LEFT and then take third LEFT onto Edgartown Rd. Follow this road into Edgartown. When you get to Edgartown, you’ll go past the Stop & Shop on your left, then bear RIGHT at fork in road and follow the signs to Katama. Then go through the first intersection (Four Way Stop) and take a RIGHT at second intersection. This is Pease Point Way. You will then go through two (Four Way Stop) signs. When you get to the fork in the road, take RIGHT onto Herring Creek Rd. You’ll go past a dry dock Marina on the right. Then, take a RIGHT on to Edgartown Estates,(Deacon Vincent Way)  take your second left on to School House Rd. House is on the left. 

FROM OAK BLUFFS FERRY : Take LEFT off ferry onto Seaview Ave. Follow signs to Edgartown, then follow directions above.

DIRECTIONS TO:   Oak Bluffs House -- 144 Tellette St.  Oak Bluffs, MA

FROM:  VINEYARD HAVEN

     Take LEFT off ferry.  At the first intersection (known as five corners)  take LEFT onto Beach Rd.  Follow this road to the end which  turns right in the general direction of Oak Bluffs but stay straight onto Eastville Rd.*(watch for sign for Eastville Rd on left side of road). Then take RIGHT onto County Rd.   Go through the four way stop.   The Fire Staion will be on your left.   *(may sound complicated but it really is easy)

      *Then take RIGHT onto Linwood St., LEFT onto Front St.** and LEFT onto Tellette St.   The house is the second on the RIGHT.

 FROM:  OAK BLUFFS

      Go straight off the ferry and take a LEFT onto Circuit Ave.  Follow Circuit Ave to the end and around the right onto Wing Rd. until you come to the four way stop.  (Fire Station will be on your right).  take a LEFT and then follow directions from * above

**Note Front Street becomes a dirt road and then you'll turn left onto Tellette which is also a dirt road and is not marked with a sign at this time.

LOCK BOX ---KEY CODE INSTRUCTIONS     CODE WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO RENTAL

FRONT OF LOCK BOX HAS ROUND BLACK BUTTONS WITH NUMBERS.  Simply presss in the numbers of the code provided(#'s will click in), then pull down on the top center black button.   If you incur any problems keying in the numbers there is a clear button to start over.   This will release the front panel of the lock box.  The key is attached to this panel.  After entering the home, key in the numbers again to return the key panel to the lock box.  There will be an additional key in the home for you to use during your stay. Key panel must be returned to lock box upon your departure for next tenant.
