Vineyard House






Bright, open and light filled contemporary in a wonderful Katama location - off the beaten track but within minutes of beach and town, trolley stop and bike path.   First floor has living room with cathedral ceiling, lots of skylights, and 2 paddle fans, a dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower bath and laundry closet. There are three sets of sliders leading out to front and side decks creating a light, relaxing vacation destination.  Two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor complete the house. These Main and Guest house can be rented together to accommodate large parties up to 10 people. All our Edgartown houses are located close by and can also be rented together to accommodate large parties.

This house with Three Bedrooms it has a "Queen" size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, the other second floor bedroom has 2 "Twin" size beds and the first floor bedroom has a "Full" size bed.

We provide blankets and pillows, "No" sheets and towels.

Activities and Attractions

Only 2 miles to South Beach Martha's Vineyard "BEST BEACH" big waves, great sand, people watching, life guard on duty and plenty of "FREE" parking.  Two miles from the village of Edgartown, great restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shopping, art galleries. Four miles to State Beach, between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. This beach is a family beach, get there early for "FREE" parking, there are no waves at this beach, warm water, life guard on duty and the famous bridge that all the kids and some adults jump off. All of these attractions can be done by bike, bike path is right down the street. Bus stop is down the street, one week pass is only $25. Oak Bluffs is about Seven miles away, a fun town.
